PETRY MEDIA CORPORATION ANNOUNCES PROMOTION
Michael Denson Promoted to Vice President, Credit and Collections

New York, NY (June 2, 2008) - Petry Media Corporation, a leader in the nation's $8 billion spot television advertising market, today announced that Michael Denson has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Credit and Collections, effective immediately. Mr. Denson was previously Director, Credit and Collections. He joined Petry Media in 1994. Mr. Denson is responsible for the credit, collection and cash function for Petry Media's different divisions.

Steve Berlin, Chief Financial Officer noted, "Michael is a real asset to our company. His long experience in the Credit and Collections field, and the media industry in particular provide our company and clients with another level of service that is invaluable. Michael really is the best in the business!"

Mr. Denson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Pace University. He is the Chairman of the New York Media Credit Group and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Media Financial Management Association, formerly known as the Broadcast Cable Financial Management Association (BCFM). During 1999 and 2000, Mr. Denson was Chairman of the National Media Credit Association, on the Board of the BCCA and a member of the Board of Directors for the New York Credit and Financial Management Association. He was also Editor of the BCCA Credit and Collections Handbook published in 2004 and planned Regional New York Credit and Collection Seminars from 2002 through 2007.

Mr. Denson has written articles for The Financial Manager magazine and serves on the magazine's Editorial Advisory committee. He has spearheaded an industry wide project for creating an Electronic Media Credit Application, and was recently awarded the BCCA Member Contributor Award in recognition of his invaluable contributions and leadership.

On Thursday, April 10, 2008 the Board of Directors of the Federation of Credit and Financial Professionals approved the resolution passed by the Executive Committee appointing Yesinne Alvarez as President of FCFP.

A Message From the President

It is with a great deal of excitement and gratitude that I address my fellow FCFP members today. I spent the early stages of my career in credit management and the past 10 years providing services to the credit community. With this knowledge of the credit industry, I am looking forward to working with our dedicated board and yourselves to continue FCFP's mission of professional development and information sharing. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve you and look forward to meeting you at our upcoming networking events and educational forums.
